The short version
This page collects one thing: the email address you give us to hear when Tender launches. We use it for that one email and nothing else.
Who we are
Tender is made by Ripcode, a small software studio. You can reach us at hello@ripcode.studio.
What we keep
- Your email address.
- Which app you signed up for, and when.
We don’t keep your IP address, set cookies, run analytics or use any tracking.
Why, and for how long
You give us your address so we can tell you when the app launches; that consent is our reason for keeping it. We send the launch email, then delete the list. If the app never launches, we delete it anyway.
Where it lives
On Cloudflare, in a database kept inside the EU. Cloudflare runs the servers for us and doesn’t use the list for anything else. We never sell or share it.
Your rights
Email hello@ripcode.studio and we’ll tell you what we hold or delete it, whichever you prefer. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
